Omniva connects people, businesses, and communities across the Baltics and beyond. We’ve grown from Estonia’s trusted postal service into a modern, technology-driven logistics company supporting the growth of e-commerce and global trade.
Every day, we help our customers send, receive, and grow — with care, precision, and reliability. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: caring, open, and driven to deliver experiences that feel personal and effortless.
At Omniva, every delivery carries possibility — and every team member helps make that happen.

We’re looking for a Head of Data to build and lead our data capability turning logistics, operations, and customer data into a true competitive advantage.
At Omniva, data is at the core of our transformation from a traditional logistics company into a technology and product-driven platform. This role is about making that real. You’ll work on high-volume, real-world problems — routing, delivery, pricing, and customer experience — where better data directly improves speed, cost, and quality.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to embed data into decision-making and product development, shaping how we operate and grow across the Baltics and beyond.

Own and build the data function across logistics, e-commerce, and digital platforms
Lead and grow a high-performing data team focused on scalable, high-impact solutions
Build and evolve data foundations for high-volume operations (parcels, routing, lockers, tracking)
Drive modern data architecture across pipelines, models, and real-time/event-driven systems
Enable better decision-making in areas like last-mile delivery, network optimization, and customer experience
Partner with Product and Engineering to develop data-enabled services (e.g. tracking, pricing, automation)
Improve data quality, governance, and security practices across the organization
Contribute to Omniva’s shift toward a data- and technology-led logistics model

Experience leading data or analytics teams in complex, high-scale environments
Proven track record of building, owning, and evolving a data function in a complex organization
Strong background in data platforms, data modeling, and system design
Experience working with high-volume, operational or logistics-type data
Solid understanding of cloud, APIs, and modern data architectures
Strong stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, and business teams
Ownership mindset with a focus on impact, scalability, and continuous improvement
