We are looking for a Group Reporting Manager to play a key role in strengthening our group reporting and technical accounting capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will take ownership of group IFRS reporting and act as a central point of expertise on accounting policies and interpretations across the Group.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring strong technical expertise, sound professional judgement, and the ability to ensure consistency and quality in a multi-entity environment.

Take end-to-end responsibility for group IFRS reporting, including monthly, quarterly financial statements and annual reports
Ensure full compliance with IFRS requirements and high-quality financial disclosures
Drive consistent application of accounting policies across all group entities
Support in maintaining group accounting policies, including development and interpretation of IFRS positions
Prepare technical accounting papers for complex or non-routine transactions
Act as a key contact for external auditors on group reporting and technical accounting matters
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls, and data quality
Support the group consolidation process and ensure accuracy and completeness of reported data
Lead lease accounting (IFRS 16) across the group, ensuring appropriate treatment and disclosures

Strong experience in group reporting and IFRS technical accounting. Big4 experience is plus.
Proven track record in preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements and disclosures
Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
Experience in developing or applying accounting policies in a group environment
Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting processes
Experience working with external auditors and managing technical discussions
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using with ERP systems (MS dynamics, SAP, Oracle etc) is an advantage
