Omniva connects people, businesses, and communities across the Baltics and beyond. We’ve grown from Estonia’s trusted postal service into a modern, technology-driven logistics company supporting the growth of e-commerce and global trade.
Every day, we help our customers send, receive, and grow — with care, precision, and reliability. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: caring, open, and driven to deliver experiences that feel personal and effortless.
At Omniva, every delivery carries possibility — and every team member helps make that happen.

We’re looking for a People Data & Automation Specialist to join our Baltic People & Culture team and help shape how data and technology drive our people’s decisions.
This is a high-impact, future-facing role at the intersection of people analytics, automation, and digital enablement. You will build the foundations of reliable People data, transform it into actionable insights, and design smart, scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve how our People team operates. You’ll play a key role in moving us from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven decision-making, while embedding automation and AI into everyday People processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, simplifying, and improving systems, and who wants to make People data genuinely useful and operationally impactful.

Build and maintain a reliable People data ecosystem across the Baltics; define key metrics and standardize reporting
Create and manage dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions
Implement low-code/no-code, AI, and automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Optimize and automate employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, exits, reporting)
Develop simple internal tools and scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
Collaborate with leadership, People Partners, and engineering teams while continuously replacing manual tasks with smarter ways of working

Experience in People/HR Analytics or data analysis, with understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes
Strong Excel skills (data structuring, validation, modelling)
Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar tools
Experience with automation, workflows, or process optimisation; familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll) is a plus
Interest in or experience with low-code/no-code tools, scripting, or AI-assisted development
Comfortable designing and building solutions from scratch
Ownership: You take responsibility and follow through
Self-direction: You manage priorities independently and act proactively
Continuous improvement: You constantly look for better, simpler ways of working
Clarity in communication: You turn complex data into understandable insights
Collaboration: You build strong relationships and work effectively across teams
Reliability: You deliver consistently and can be trusted to get things done
Curiosity: You stay open to learning and exploring new tools and approaches
Adaptability: You’re comfortable in evolving environments where not everything is predefined
