We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment for front-line roles in Lithuania and office-based positions across the Baltics. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and colleagues across the organization to ensure efficient hiring, strong candidate experience, and continuous improvement of our recruitment practices.

Drive full-cycle recruitment for key front-line roles in Lithuania and office-based roles across the Baltics
Identify and apply the most effective sourcing channels and recruitment strategies based on role requirements, hiring volumes, and timelines
Continuously improve recruitment efficiency through automation, data-driven insights, and smart use of recruitment technologies
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure smooth and timely hiring processes
Ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction by professionally representing Omniva and creating an engaging, respectful interview experience
Promote internal mobility and raise awareness of career growth opportunities among Omniva employees
Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues on continuous improvement initiatives related to the employee life cycle, satisfaction, engagement, and well-being
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process
Support other recruitment-related tasks as needed

A genuine interest in recruitment, people, and hiring processes, with a proactive and hands-on attitude
Curiosity and willingness to learn best recruitment practices and continuously improve your skills
Ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and warmth when working with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to handle multiple recruitments while keeping the experience human and well-structured
Experience using job boards, social media, or networking for sourcing is an advantage, but not a must
Confidence working with ATS and other recruitment tools; experience with Teamdash is a plus, and curiosity about smarter tools and solutions is valued
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken

For this position, the gross monthly salary range is 2600-2900 EUR, depending on your experience and qualifications.
