We are looking for a Group Chief Accountant to strengthen our group-level accounting function. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the group, while driving consistency and quality in accounting practices.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, sound professional judgement, and the ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-entity environment.

Prepare and oversee group consolidation, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting under IFRS
Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across all group entities
Maintain and improve the group chart of accounts and reporting structures
Perform and review complex accounting entries, including non-routine transactions
Ensure high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and support robust closing processes
Act as a key contact for external auditors, supporting audit processes and resolving queries
Support the preparation of annual reports, financial disclosures and external (non-statutory) reporting.
Execute intercompany transactions and invoicing in line with Group TP policy.
Contribute to strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting accuracy

8+ years of strong experience in group accounting, consolidation, and reporting
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
Solid experience working with external auditors
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial governance
High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong analytical skills
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
Strong ERP knowledge (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
Fluency in English & Estonian (preferred).
